How do partners receive availability updates?
Partners get their own secure calendar link that's always current. When you confirm a booking, their calendars update automatically within minutes. They can also receive email notifications for new bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
Can I set different commission rates per partner?
Yes! Each partner profile includes their commission rate. When bookings come from that partner, the commission is automatically calculated in your financial reports. No more manual tracking or spreadsheets.
What information do partners see?
Partners see only what you allow - availability calendars and booking confirmations by default. They never see your other partners, direct bookings, or pricing details. You control the level of transparency.
How many partners can I connect?
There's no limit. Whether you work with 3 local agencies or 30 international partners, the system handles it. Each partner gets their own access credentials and calendar feed.
Can partners make bookings directly in my system?
Currently, partners receive availability via calendar feeds. They send you booking requests which you confirm in the system. This ensures you maintain control while still enabling seamless collaboration. Direct partner booking portal coming soon!
